All 'WHOG' members will be notified by e-mail when the collection is available.
William Henry Studio is not responsible for lost, misdirected, delayed or filtered e-mail.
1. The first person to make a request for a particular item will have exclusive first rights to purchase that item.
2. You may submit requests for multiple items, in order of preference. If the first item you request has already been 'awarded', we will provide the next available item on your list.
3. Only ONE item will be awarded to each individual, until everyone has had the opportunity to purchase one of these special items.
4. If you receive a 'Winning Bid' notice, you will be able to 'Buy Now' or 'Cancel My Request' at that time. If you cancel your request for that item, you will not be able to request it again. BE SURE you no longer are interested in this item before canceling your request
5. Items will be marked as 'PENDING' when the winning entrant has been notified by e-mail. Items will be marked 'SOLD' once the payment for that item has been received by William Henry Studio.
6. If you are notified that are the 'winning entrant' for an item, you will have 24 hours to complete your purchase. If you decide NOT to purchase the item, please notify us so we can offer it to the next entrant in line.
7. Please do not call to check on availability or status. We will update the status of each knife as they are awarded or sold.
SHIPPING: Please allow an additional 3 business days after your purchase has been completed for your item to be shipped.
