William Henry's philosophy has two faces - to the world, and to itself. To the world we hold true to our original vision - we set out to create the finest knives possible. We challenged ourselves to build the best cutting tool we could build each day, and evolve our expectations over time. The target keeps moving, we continue to expound on our interpretation of excellence, and we aspire towards perfection with each piece we create. We often repeat that 'Superlative function deserves to be elevated to superlative art' and these are the words that define our efforts. Build the best tool you can possibly build - craft it to a stature worthy of its performance - and build a brand that meets the expectations required of this level of work.
Internally, William Henry seeks to enfranchise its employees, suppliers, vendors, and retailers in the success of the business and brand. Quite simply - in each thing we do and each thing we need, we need to be providing clear benefit to all parties involved. Win-win situations are the only way to go - life is too short for anything else.
